Progress on Discoastal Culture Collective and Particle Bunni is moving forward, yet I always have this nagging feeling that we’re moving too slowly. In reality, the pace of production on our first EP is actually pretty rapid. So, why do I feel like we are going slow? I have always had this feeling that things move too slowly—it’s a real bummer part of my internal wiring. I want things to move, or better yet, I want things to feel like they are moving. Yet, in the case of Discoastal and PB, they are. What my impatience comes down to, I think, is that time is fleeting. I turned 54, and I want this “reinvention” of myself to happen quickly. Deep down, I know that is not realistic, but it’s how I feel.
